Goodies Needed:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 – 2 cups of frozen strawberries (organic)
- 2 cups of an original (not sweetened) non-dairy milk (organic soy, brown rice, coconut or almond milk – choose least processed option)
- 2 Medjool Dates (organic)
TOOLS:
- Vitamix (a regular blender will work, but final product will not be as smooth in consistency)
Preparation Steps
- Put the strawberries into your blender.
- Remove the pits from the two dates and place into the blender.
- Add the non-dairy milk into the blender. Different non-dairy milks may slightly alter the taste. I made the original one with soy milk. Experiment with different types to get the taste that you most enjoy.
- In a Vitamix, blend on high speed until mixture is very smooth (typically 15-30 seconds). In a regular blender, blend until mixture is as smooth as possible.
