It is that time of year again, time for the 4th annual edition of Evita’s Favorite Natural Things, where I share with you highlights of some of the best, most valuable, or optimally healthy products or services that have come to my attention over the year.

As we near the end of each year, it is a great time to reflect on how the year went, what we learned, what new discoveries we have made and what good habits we will be carrying over to the new year. The end of the year also marks the winter holiday season, which has many celebrating Christmas and the season of gift giving.

Whatever your personal journey may be, and however you choose to celebrate at this time, may we always stay mindful of doing things for the love of doing things, rather than doing things out of any obligations. The more we awaken on a personal and global level, the more mindful we become of the importance of minimizing materialism and consumerism, while instead increasing our investment in high quality, healthy and sustainable options to meet all of our needs.

And so it is my pleasure to share with you this year’s version of my favorite natural things that may also be of value or benefit for your life, whether for you personally, or for someone you know.
